How to use on the floor
  1. Invite a visitor to “guess the next symbol.” Do not explain the rule.
  2. After ~30–50 trials, click Explain to reveal the hidden matrix and show how their choices aligned.
  3. Flip off Hidden bias and repeat a few trials to show accuracy dropping toward chance.
  4. Open a discussion about acceptance gates, monitoring, and rollback when drift or bias is detected.

What’s really going on

This demo can bias the next symbol using a hidden Markov transition matrix. With “Subliminal prime,” a brief (30 ms) masked cue nudges choices. With “Slow drift,” the matrix shifts gradually. People often improve without being told the rule.
